Ayrshire Golf Association - Scratch League 2024
Following a decent showing after being promoted to Division 2 last year, we were fortunate to not only be able to retain the backbone of that squad, but also call on new additions of talented players within the club.
The 2024 matches for League 2 and corresponding results are shown in the enclosed table. The guys went into their last match against Troon St Meddans with promotion to Division One of the Scratch leagues already assured but knowing a win would also give them the League title and remain unbeaten. Once again the guys delivered and achieved something that a Belleisle senior team haven't achieved for 42 years, which is win an Ayrshire league Title.
Congratulations to all the guys in the very strong pool of players, everybody played their part, and special mention has to be made of team captain Aidan Long and Team manager Colin Hume for all their work in arranging the ties, picking the teams and developing such a strong team spirit.

Ayrshire Golf Association - Handicap League 2024
The handicap team have been drawn in League 8 of the Ayrshire Handicap Leagues against Loudoun Gowf Club, Portmann (Kilmarnock), and Irvine Ravenspark. They started their campaign well with a home win against Irvine Ravenspark 4.5 - 1.5, and followed that up with a draw away to Portmann (Kilmarnock), before suffering a 5-1 defeat at the hands of Loudoun Gowf Club
